What's in your Hand..... Resources Pt. 2... Therapist Directory

There is so much going on in the world today and everyone’s mental health is being impacted in one or another.  I’ve had family and friends reach out and ask for therapist’s recommendations and referrals in various cities.  Last week, I posted a list of recommended OB/GYNs and this week I’m posting a list of therapy directories.  This list is not exhaustive and will be updated as more directories are created and/or I gain knowledge of others.  Most therapist allow for a 10 minute or more phone consultation and I highly recommend that a consultation is done.  This gives you the opportunity to determine if you and the therapist are a good fit.  I also want to share that right now therapists are inundated with calls and referrals, so it may take longer than usual to have your call or email returned.
