WALK AND TALK THERAPY

Are you ready for a different type of therapy? One that doesn’t require you to be stuck indoors staring at your therapist. If your answer is yes, then walk and talk therapy may be for you. Walk and talk therapy is known to help clients get unstuck when confronting difficult issues. Movement is known to propel people forward and reduce depression, stress, and anxiety.

The initial session is in office and is not a suitable option for processing trauma or high emotions.
